Every patient's individual condition is evaluated and the best holistic procedures are recommended to provide optimum results. Enhanced Services are also provided to treat chronic head, neck and facial pain, including trigeminal neuralgia, TMJ and migraine headaches. Dr. Sprinkle also treats snoring and sleep apnea. More information on each of these services is provided in the Enhanced Services portion of our web site. Payment is required at the time of service, and may be paid by cash, check or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may also choose to participate in our low-interest dental loan program. You can pre-qualify over the phone. Loans are available up to $25,000 to cover your dental expenses. In addition, the office staff will provide insurance forms for your convenience in acquiring reimbursement by your insurance carrier for the services provided. |
